A mix of cozy vibes and creative design makes this place unique. The breakfast offers delicious vegetarian options, and the staff is friendly, even if a bit young. While the busy street can be noisy, the well-insulated windows help ensure a good night's sleep. Perfect for a lively stay!

I had a fantastic stay at the Usual. The location was perfect, and I loved the beautifully decorated room. the shower's layout wasn't ideal for privacy, and the fridge was a bit small. I recommend this hotel!

The only drawback was the hard mattress, making it a bit tricky to get comfortable. I recommend this hotel!

I appreciated the cozy layout of the room and the lovely common area. One nice moment was when I accidentally pulled the emergency cord at night; security arrived quickly and were so understanding. While the unventilated room was a bit stuffy, overall, I'll recommend this hotel.

The location is fantastic, close to popular restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and offered a welcome drink, which made me feel right at home. My room was beautifully designed with great amenities like air conditioning, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast options were impressive, catering to various diets, including great vegan choices.
I highly recommend this place to family and friends. It was a good experience, and I can't wait to return.

The air conditioning was set way too high, leaving our room freezing. It took us forever to figure out how to adjust it, and we ended up shivering throughout the night. A better guide would have made a huge difference!

Wow, what a stylish little spot! The location couldn't be better-just a short walk to all the sites and a quick hop from the metro. The vibe is super cozy, and I loved the modern decor. Plus, the staff was really friendly, which made our romantic getaway even more enjoyable.
But let's talk about the bathroom situation. The shower design is a nightmare, leaking everywhere, and it felt cramped. Honestly, it was way too hot in our pod; I couldn’t sleep well at all! A few more hooks and a garbage can would really help. Not the best for an extended stay!

I was almost impressed by the trendy lounge but then found the pillows horrendous-actualy gave me a backache! The breakfast selection was pitiful too, just sandwiches. I expected at least a complimentary gesture for the inconvenience, but clearly, i was just another average guest. Could have been 5 stars, but now? Definitely not.

I stayed in a tiny room that felt so cramped, it was claustrophobic. The shared bathroom was clean, but the lack of privacy in the shower was awkward. I couldn't relax at all, and the noise from the traffic didn't help!

Couple cozy retreat
The space was cleverly organized, which allowed us to make the most out of it. The rain shower was an unexpected delight, a little piece of luxury after a long day. The staff welcomed us like family. It was genuinely refreshing to see a place prioritize both design and sustainability.
The prices weren't exactly pocket change but for the quality, it was acceptable.

The room was super clean, and I loved that it was eco-friendly—such a refreshing touch! I really enjoyed relaxing by the rooftop pool and unwinding in the cozy lounge area. One small thing was that the bathroom could use some hooks, but it still didn’t take away from my great experience. 😊

Just a balanced option for a date night in Rotterdam with good value for cost. The young staff were friendly and helpful despite some slow service. Look for local eateries to avoid pricey hotel meals.
